Weekend spins
The usual spins will take place this weekend starting with the race training spin that will leave from Woodies car park at 9am on Saturday 21st February. The route will be decided on the morning.
Weather for the weekend is mixed…
Saturday looks fairly good:
On Sunday 22nd February we will have the normal spin that will leave from Moynans Bike shop at 9am. This week the route is: Moynans – Birdhill – Montpelier – Daly’s cross – Nenagh via Borrisokane bypass (61km) for the Leisure / Intermediate group (Strava link to route) and the seniors may add another loop at the end if they wish. 
Everyone will stay together until the Yellow Bridge where the group splits will take place. If the forecast is accurate the outward journey will be into a stiff headwind. This will be a great opportunity for the leisure/intermediate group to hone their group riding skills, staying as close as possible together and sharing the work at the front.
Everyone is very welcome to join us on the morning so give it a try. This spin is increasing in popularity all the time and the more that join us on the morning the better.
Some of our open racers are planning on going to Loughrea on Sunday if the weather is some way reasonable so good luck to the lads if they make the journey!
