Weekend spins

Saturday 23rd May we have the normal race training spin and also the intermediate club spins that are both leaving from Woodies carpark at 9am.  The route as normal will be decided on the morning.

Sunday 24th May we have the normal club spin that leaves from Moynans at 9am. This weeks route is Nenagh, Toomevara, Ballinamona, Fantane, Templederry, Dolla, Silvermines, N7 to Birdhill roundabout and back to Nenagh again, a distance of 75km. The groups stay together until Toomevara where the group splits will occour. We hope to see as many members as possible out on the morning.

Alternatively if you want to go further afield at the weekend our neighbours Limerick cycling club are hosting their annual tour on Sunday.
