Weekend spins

Saturday 9th May we have the normal race training spin and also the new intermediate club spins that are both leaving from Woodies carpark at 9am.  The route as normal will be decided on the morning.

Sunday 10th May: We would like as many members as possible to support our friends & neighbouring club, Keeper CC with their annual club tour. For more details on the routes see attached link: www.kcc.ie.

If you don’t want to partake in this spin you can meet at Moynans for the usual 9am start and the route will be Moynans – Toomevara – Left in Dunkerrin – Right for Shinrone – Left for Borrisokane – Nenagh, 65km. Link to Strava route here: NTW Sun spin 10th May
