Weekend spins

Saturday 2nd May we have the normal race training spin and also the new intermediate club spins both leaving from Woodies carpark at 9am.  The route as normal will be decided on the morning.

Sunday 3rd May we have the normal club spin leaving from Moynans at 9am.  This weeks route is Nenagh, Borrisoleigh, Templemore, Dunkerrin, Moneygall and a coffee stop at the Obama Plaza and return to Nenagh 70km.

Sunday spin 3rd May

The race group do the same route, but from Templemore, they will continue on to Roscrea where they head back to Moneygall for the coffee stop and back to Nenagh, 82.5km.

Sunday senior spin 3rd May

Bring a few euro with you on the morning for the coffee stop and we hope to see you all out.  Enjoy the bank holiday weekend everyone!! 🙂
