Weekend spins

Weekend weather:

 

Saturday:

We will have the usual race training spin on Saturday morning leaving from Woodies carpark at 9am. The route as normal will be decided on the morning. There will be smaller numbers than usual due to it not suiting the regular guys this week.

Sunday:

For this weeks Sunday spin we won’t be running the usual spin from Moynan’s as we would like as many club members as possible to support the Kildangan Centenary Cycling Challenge. Registration from 9am and they are offering club members a special rate of €20pp for teams of 5. Everyone will meet after registration and agree speeds. We will then stick together in our groups as we don’t want someone left by themselves. Should be a great day out and a great sense of achievement to be had for completing the tough course.
