Weekend spins

The usual race training spin will leave from Woodies car park at 9am on Saturday 7th March. The route will be decided on the morning.

Weather for the weekend:

 

 

On Sunday 8th March we will have the normal spin that will leave from Moynans Bike shop at 9am. This week we will try again(third week running…. hopefully the weather will be kinder to us!!) the route that was scheduled for the last 2 weekends but the weather interrupted: Moynans – Birdhill – Montpelier – Daly’s cross – Nenagh via Borrisokane bypass (61km) for the Leisure / Intermediate group (Strava link to route) and the seniors may add another loop at the end if they wish.

Everyone will stay together until the Yellow Bridge where the group splits will take place. Everyone is very welcome to join us on the morning so give it a try. This spin is increasing in popularity all the time and the more that join us on the morning the better.

A good few of our open racers are planning on going to Rás Luimní in Caherconlish on Sunday so good luck to the lads!
