OVERALL RESULT OF THE J. MOYNAN TT SERIES

The J. Moynan TT Series which is kindly sponsored by Moynan’s bike shop in honour of their late father Raymond and grandfather Jack, who started the business, is competed for over six TTs with four to count. Those riding in all six are able to discount their worst times. This year a total of 26 people took part and 11 completed the required 4+. The courses this year were 4 10 mile ones, one 12 amd one 15mile.
The flat times were strongly contested with Tommy Hanrahan heading the charge and in TT6 he set a new course record of 23.22. He was however, fiercely challenged by John Foote in second place, who clocked a 23.40 in TT4 and Liam Callaghan in third place.
When time adjustments were made, John Foote took third place, Mikey Connors was a strong second while the overall winner was Duncan Hodgins, our club president, who is having a fine season. Well done Duncan and well done to all who competed.
