Club Updates

Just a short report this week, not a lot happening in the run-in to Christmas.
Club Spins:
Sunday Red Group club spin:
A few of the lads headed out early on Sunday morning and rumour has it that it was a fast-paced
spin with no prisoners taken. Rob’s newly refurbished winter steed was well broken in. Mind you,
as the picture shows, the lads never pass their favourite café without stopping for refreshments.

Sunday Orange Group club spin:
Eight members departed Moynan’s at 9am and headed to Toomevara, turning right for
Ballinamona cross and on through Dolla, Silvermines and Shallee, before turning right and up onto
the Limerick-Nenagh road. A few headed back to Nenagh at that stage while the others headed for
Ballina and into Killaloe where they stopped for coffee. After that they headed for O’Briensbridge
and back to Nenagh via Daly’s cross. An enjoyable and excellent 77km put into the legs. Well

The week ahead:
Tuesday: Turbo Session, Ballycommon Hall @ 7pm
Thursday: No turbo session. Turbo resumes January 3rd 2019
Sunday: Club spin leaves Moynans at 9am. Route to be decided on the morning.
