Another active week for the Wheelers with several outings home and away.  On Sunday past, Dan Hogan and Mikey Connors were in ‘open race’ action at the Tuam Criterium (Co. Offaly.  At home on the same morning  a large group of around 25 set out on the established Sunday morning training ride.  The three groups comprising leisure, intermediate and senior riders set off together along the old N7 enroute to Dalys Cross, Limerick at a medium pace giving riders opportunity for improved group riding.  From there, the groups followed the same route to O’Briensbridge but at different paces conducive to the ability of each group.  The senior group continued to Broadford and then to Parteen before returning to Nenagh via Killaloe and Ballina a distance of 100km.
