Good evening all. A couple of updates for you…
Club Turbo
The turbo classes are going great and numbers are steadily increasing which is super to see. A great way to get in the extra miles in the winter months. Everyone is very welcome to give the classes a go.

Open night and pre Christmas drinks.
As you are now hopefully aware we are hosting the first of our club open nights on Monday evening, December 4th. Your membership can be renewed on the evening and its a great way to welcome new members to the club. The open evening will be held in Moynans bike shop from 6-8pm. For any new members that join the club there will be no membership fee for their first year but they will need to purchase insurance with Cycling Ireland. Afterwards we will be having some Christmas drinks in Una Powell’s Pub, Summerhill. It’ll be a nice opportunity for everyone to relax and have a catch up before Christmas. Look forward to seeing you all.
First Aid course
There are still a few places available for our first aid course that takes place on Saturday December 9th from 9am to 3pm. If any of you would like to avail of this free course please let Owen know if you want to attend on 0870523275. A great skill and knowledge to have in the unfortunate case of an emergency.
Club midweek and weekend spins
As usual we will have our normal spins during the week and weekend so please do not be shy, come out and give them a go. We look forward to seeing ye out and about.

Wednesday: Club Pilates core & strength class with Paul Nevin Fitness, Kenyon street car park, Nenagh at 8.10pm. Limited spaces available so contact Peter on 067 31293 to confirm your spot.
