A short report this week for you. Just a few things to update you all on.
First Aid Course
We’re running a First Aid Course for our members on Saturday 9th Dec and it’ll be from 9am to 3pm. The emphasis of this course will be for dealing with cycling related injuries and this is to try to ensure we have some little bit of knowledge on how to deal with any accidents if, God forbid, we find ourselves in the situation that we need to use it. With any luck, we will never need it but it’s far better be prepared than not… Places are very limited and it’s first come first served so if you want to be included then please let Owen know ASAP to take one of the spots and you can give him a call on 0870523275. There is no cost to members to complete the course only your time, the club is funding it for our members. A fantastic opportunity to learn some valuable life skills so please take advantage of the course…
Club open nights and licence renewals.

This will allow members to renew their membership and to welcome new members to the club. Both open nights will be held in Moynans bike shop from 6-8pm. For any new members that join the club there will be no membership fee for their first year but they will need to purchase insurance with Cycling Ireland. More details to follow.
