Club Gear winter order

Hi folks,

We need to get in our winter gear order ASAP so with that in mind we need you all to let us know if you would like to order something. You can use the excel order form on the club gear page here: http://www.northtippwheelers.com/membership/club-gear/ to work out the cost and deposit required(50% which is due straight away) and the remainder due on delivery(currently 6-7 weeks). There’s also more info there with sizing charts available. Bear in mind we need to reach minimum order numbers of 10 of each item to be able to order, so unless the orders come in to make up these numbers, those items will not be ordered. We need the orders straight away so if you want any winter gear let us know over the weekend. Closing date is next Wednesday 21st at 6pm! Don’t be disappointed, the order is being placed on Wednesday evening so if you’re late you’ll have to wait for the next order which will be next spring.

Just send an email to northtippwheelers@gmail.com or text/phone your order to Owen at 087 0523275. All we need is the type of garment you want (we’ve included the unique 5 digit order number for each item so there’s no confusion), the quantity and sizes you require. Any questions on the gear just give us a shout.

To get in your deposit, just drop it in to Jan or hand it in to Peter in Moynan’s Bike shop. If you’ve ordered something that doesn’t meet minimum orders we’ll let you know.
